Manager, University Diversity

In alignment with the University’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable academic and work environment, it has become increasingly essential to centralize and strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

In addition to enhancing the University’s DEI framework, the establishment of the role of the University Diversity Officer, planned in early 2026, supports key accreditation standards and global ranking criteria, which increasingly emphasize institutional commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility.

This position will work alongside the Diversity and Equality Committee and lead institutional efforts related to DEI, ensuring compliance with equity standards, and promoting inclusive recruitment, retention, and campus engagement strategies.
